These Terms of Service govern your use of Voiceslab's AI voice cloning platform and related services. By creating an account or using our voice generation technology, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, please discontinue use of our platform immediately. Your continued use of Voiceslab constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.

Platform Overview

Voiceslab provides cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology for voice synthesis and cloning. Our platform enables users to create realistic voice recordings by inputting text and selecting from various AI-generated voices or creating custom voice clones from audio samples.

Our service includes multiple voice personalities, language support, customizable voice parameters, and advanced text-to-speech capabilities. All generated audio content remains your intellectual property, subject to the usage guidelines outlined in these terms.

User Requirements and Responsibilities

To access our voice cloning services, you must satisfy these essential requirements:

• Be at least 16 years of age (or the legal age of consent in your jurisdiction);
• Maintain only one active account per individual using accurate personal information;
• Have no prior service restrictions or account suspensions from Voiceslab;
• Agree to use our technology responsibly and ethically.

Age verification may be required in jurisdictions where parental consent is necessary for data processing. Users under 18 should obtain guardian approval before creating voice clones or sharing audio content.

You commit to maintaining secure login credentials and immediately reporting any unauthorized account access. Account sharing or credential transfer is strictly prohibited and may result in service termination.

Content Ownership and Licensing

You retain full ownership of all text content, voice recordings, and generated audio files created through our platform. However, you grant Voiceslab a limited, non-exclusive license to process your account information (name, email, billing details) for service operation and support purposes.

Your voice samples and generated content are encrypted and accessible only to you. We do not claim ownership of your creative work, nor do we use your voice clones for any purpose beyond providing our services to you.

You may freely distribute, license, or commercialize your generated audio content under any terms you choose, including Creative Commons or proprietary licensing arrangements.

Service Discontinuation

Either party may terminate this agreement with appropriate notice. Upon termination, your access to voice generation features will cease, though you retain ownership of previously created content.

Post-termination, the following provisions remain valid: intellectual property rights, liability limitations, dispute resolution procedures, payment obligations, and any legal compliance requirements established during the service period.

Account Security and Management

Account registration requires accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false details or maintaining outdated information constitutes a terms violation and may result in immediate account suspension.

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account, regardless of whether you authorized such actions. Password security is your responsibility, and sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited. Report security breaches or suspicious activity immediately.

Subscription and Payment Terms

Premium features require valid payment information including credit card details, billing address, and contact information. All payment data is processed through secure, encrypted channels and third-party payment processors.

By providing payment information, you confirm: (i) legal authorization to use the specified payment method; (ii) accuracy and completeness of all billing information; and (iii) consent for us to share payment details with authorized processors for transaction completion.

Pricing and Plan Modifications

Voiceslab reserves the right to adjust pricing, modify subscription tiers, or update service features at any time. Significant changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance through email notification or platform announcements.

Continued use of our services after pricing changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Users who disagree with modifications may cancel their subscription before the changes become active.

Ethical Use and Content Policy

Voiceslab technology must be used responsibly and ethically. Prohibited uses include creating deceptive content, impersonating others without consent, generating harmful or illegal material, or violating intellectual property rights.

Users are responsible for ensuring their voice cloning activities comply with applicable laws and respect others' rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove content that violates these guidelines or applicable regulations.

Data Processing and AI Improvement

Your voice samples and usage patterns may be analyzed by automated systems to enhance our AI technology, improve voice quality, and prevent platform misuse. All data processing follows strict privacy protocols and security standards.
